Welcoming participants to learn about Aboriginal culture, history and advance their insight into the a myriad of social, historical, economic and political issues that continue to affect and concern Aboriginal communities. Inspiring personal growth, deeper understanding and greater awareness of one’s own conscious knowledge and how it relates to everyday life, cultural immersion days are important for all community.

Qualified educators lead our programs, creating a respectful environment that fosters a connection to Indigenous identity. Their expertise ensures the learning experience is educational and enriching, promoting cultural awareness through interactive activities.
COMMUNITY-LED EDUCATION EXPERIENCES:
Enjoy a guided walk around the parklands. Through traditional land management and care, discover the diversity of our flora and fauna.
WORIMI HISTORY:
Learn about life in Aboriginal society, traditions, customs, strong connection to land, significance of ceremonies, and hunting practices.
DISCUSSION ON HISTORICAL & CONTEMPORARY ISSUES:
Engage in discussions on historical events and contemporary challenges that faced the Worimi people, deepening understanding of their perspectives.
