Gudida’s Cultural Immersion programs offer deeper engagement with the culture, traditions and knowledge of the Worimi people through guided experiences and meaningful connection to Country. Designed for government organisations, corporate groups and organisations seeking genuine cultural learning and development, these programs provide a respectful space for reflection, discussion and shared understanding.

Cultural Immersion experiences take participants beyond introductory learning and into a more comprehensive exploration of both historical and contemporary Aboriginal perspectives. Through immersive workshops, guided tours and open discussions, participants gain insight into the lived experiences, cultural responsibilities and ongoing strength of the Worimi community.

Programs may include storytelling sessions, language learning and guided visits to culturally significant locations across Worimi Country. Participants explore the deep relationship between people and land, traditional ecological knowledge, and the cultural practices that continue to shape community life today. Discussions also examine cultural identity, land management, heritage preservation and the importance of respectful engagement.

GAN GAN LOOKOUT:

The views of Gan Gan connect the first Worimi First Dreaming and explore our land connection through culturally significant and historic locations.

LITTLE BEACH: 

Little Beach introduces the significance of canoes and fishing. We feature scar trees and information on surrounding flora with additional shared knowledge.

STOCKTON SAND DUNES:

High Dune activities immerse participants in traditional land practices, ensuring respectful understanding and communication about Aboriginal history.

BROKEN JOURNEY:

Participants will learn about Aboriginal culture and history and advance their insight into the myriad of social, historical, economic and political issues that continue to affect and concern Aboriginal communities.
